Hi, I’m dugan and I’ll be your guide!

I am very passionate about the power of studying God’s Word. One of my biggest desires is to dive into Scripture to learn more about the Lord, and then share that knowledge with anyone and everyone. 

After attending a GTI Tour in 2016, I experienced an increasing energy to learn more about the Holy Land and bring as many people as I could with him to join in the learning. The best way I’ve heard to describe what it’s like to experience Israel is that it is: “Text in Context.” Being able to walk, see, and touch the places we read about in Scripture brings God’s Word to life in a way that nothing else. And through conTEXT Tours, you will get to experience this power. You will learn, first-hand, the true context of the Biblical texts in a way you can’t experience anywhere else and have a new, deeper understanding of the heart and character of the Lord.

I have the privilege of working as a Teaching Pastor at Heartland Church in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. I also have a bachelor in Theological Studies and studied under Rod VanSolkema (a student of Ray Vander Laan) in preparation for leading trips to the Holy Land. 

I’ve been married to my wife, Lindsay for 12 years and we have two children: Eva (9) and Phoenix (5).
